Wat doe je als Field Specialist

SAFETY mindset: use/apply Safety instructions, regular trainings and dedicated safety tools. Be source of proposals on own safety and on the safety of the customers sites
Deliver VALUE and perform SERVICE to meet customers contract requirements and expectations (Street and Corporate)
Provide all types of services, trainings, and professional consultancy on chemical and technical issues (products, equipment, application, cleaning process, food safety, TCO, safety) to deliver Value to Customer.
Execute chemical concentration checks, safety and quality surveys, process/application checks by consulting on-site.
Establish, verify & document hygiene plans and their parameters through regular customer visits
Provide recommendations related to (food) safety standards and protocol
Execute field trials, reporting & training
Support introduction of new programs, (digital) innovations and TVD service concepts to customers
Establish new ways of improving service
Report all the monthly Safety, Service and Value actions. Achieve reporting targets in the CRM-system (service and value) and Intelex (safety data input)
Assist with all customer needs as the local point of contact
In a normal week, visit your Customers 4 days per week

F&B market and technical expertise. (to unable VAS, TCO and Food Safety delivery)
Food safety understanding and/or quality basics
Digital interest and discovery
Hands-on to chemical dosing and calibrations
Exposure to MS Office, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
