Wat doe je als Cloud Operations Engineer

  • As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will have a significant impact on the next generation of our software. Our software that encompasses -, mid- and back-office functions for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It encompasses 2 parts: The ‘Core’, an ERP software and the complementary ‘Microservices Platform’ with extra functionalities and portals that interact with the Core.
  • Your focus will be on the Microservices Platform and specifically on providing love & care for the existing clusters.
  • This means you will:
    • Set up new clusters and carry out updates when needed.
    • Troubleshooting internal and customer issues.
    • Documenting the processes and setup.
    • Be 2nd line support for our customers and spoc for 1st line.

Gewenste profiel

  • Since the landscape is constantly evolving, the ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly is crucial.
  • Besides that, collaboration and communication are very important. You will be collaborating closely with your team members, IT and security and it’s important that everyone is on the same page.
  • What else is expected:
  • Recently obtained diploma in Informatics, Computer Science or related fields and interest in working with the following technologies:
    • Kubernetes (Azure Kubernetes Service or similar Cloud Kubernetes Services like EKS or GKE)
    • Jenkins, GitHub Actions
    • GitOps: FluxCD
    • Helm & Kustomize
    • Monitoring solutions: Prometheus, Grafana, FluentBit & Loki
    • Artifact Registries such as Harbor & Azure Container Registry
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
