The Global Innovation Manager EMEA reports to the Global Head of Marketing and is accountable for defining and executing the long-term innovation strategy & roadmap for the relevant category/region. He fosters the collaboration of innovations together with local & global marketeers & R&I including concept & business cases and value proposition development that are based on relevant insights. He leads cross functional communication with key internal and external stakeholders, as well as ensures innovation pipeline and culture stretches beyond product (claims, marketing, education).
The Global Innovation Manager EMEA analyzes business data, sales information, competitive intelligence, consumer research and other useful information to develop the innovation roadmap. As a key business partner, he provides strategic direction to cross-functional partners in marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance including AOP/LRSP guidance.
You will love this job if you have a strong background in a commercial or product development field, with an inbuilt commercial acumen and customer understanding. You can take complex themes and technical language and re-interpret into a usable consumer experience. You have the ability to lead cross functional teams, embed customer-led thinking and keep teams focused on the business objectives and targeted outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years’ experience in Marketing/Innovation in consumer-packaged goods.
Demonstrated ability to build and grow brands, deepen equity ownership and command a leadership position for the business.
Demonstrated ability to tap into cultural, health, and behavioral trends that could present opportunities for the business and understand how to apply them to current or future strategies.
People management experience.
Strong knowledge of Natural Medicine and regulatory environments (highly desirable) and or nutritional supplements industry.
Fluent in French and English.
