Wat doe je als Technisch Manager
- Responsible for the strategy of the Technical Department in order to support & achieve our Terminal goals and KPIs’;
- Manages the technical department budget, ensuring cost control and alignment with financial procedures;
- Takes accountability for daily management, displaying ethical leadership and support of direct reports;
- Drive technical innovation, future-proof support in coordinate engineering activities;
- Provide operating direction, meeting productivity and efficiency standards;
- Align with HSE to uphold safety, environmental standards, identifying areas for improvement;
- Promotes effective communication and alignment within the department and with other teams;
Gewenste profiel
- Several years of relevant experience in related leadership position, preferably in a maintenance environment of heavy equipment;
- Strong analytical, pragmatic and result orientated;
- Project management experience is considered a strong advantage;
- Experienced people management;
- Fluent in verbal and written communication in English and Dutch.
